During the current situation it’s more important than ever to be able to ease stress, regulate your mind and body and be kind to yourself!

 

This practical workshop is for musically minded folk. It links music and mindfulness to explore some useful transferable tools for improving our wellbeing and lessening anxiety.

 

This workshop can be delivered online via a video call or, when possible, in person.

 

Leaders: James Taylor and Eleanor Rastall - dedicated music teachers whose ethos revolves around enabling confidence, creating a supportive atmosphere and providing the technical tools to let their pupils fly free.
